Supply Pipes
ALU-Rail can be used for this special way of fitting the main pipes.
Shown below is TGW’s ALU-Rail fitted with PEL-Tube in several layers. All 20,25 and 32mm ALU-Rail can be used for this special way of fitting the main pipes. For this system we used TGW’s Alu fittings No’s 500 and 502 screwed together. All combinations of pipe sizes (20,25,and 32mm) can be used for the separate layers,
different Alu fittings have to be used though.
This system, for example, is being fitted in Warehouses, underground parking facilities and within the plumbing Industry.
It is very easy to come around corners, either by soft bending the PEL-Tube or by using an L shape hardwire PVC fitting, as shown above.
Shown above is how the ALU-Rail can be fitted over long distances. In this case in an underground parking facility, watering plants on the floor above. ALU-Rail is produced in lengths of 5 meters
Shown above is how the different layers are fitted together. In this case a metal rod is connected to the ALU-Rail and is finally screwed to the concrete ceiling.
Shown above is how 2 PEL-Tubes are connected using a hardwire PVC fitting. The ALU-Rail is cut where necessary.
